As one of EnMotive’s Client Service Specialist, Kim is much more than just a facilitator of transactions; she is a catalyst for meaningful connections, a guardian of partner satisfaction, and an example of professionalism. Her dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence set a standard of services that elevates EnMotive and leaves a lasting impression on all her partners.

Kim takes time to understand the unique needs, goals, and pain points of each partner, offering tailored solutions and strategic insights that add value to their events. Through her proactive approach and personalized attention, Kim builds enduring partnerships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.

At the heart of Kim’s role lies a commitment to ensuring partner satisfaction. She listens attentively to concerns, queries, and feedback, and goes above and beyond to address them promptly and effectively. Kim understands that fostering strong relationships is not just about delivering services but also about being empathetic and responsive to partner needs.

Kim’s work ethics is a reflection of her role at home. A mom of 4 boys, Andrew, Ronnie, Braeden and Brody, and two boxers, Easton and Moxxi, her day requires her to be focused, committed and organized.

A runner herself, Kim can easily relate to the needs and urgency of her partners. She bring with her a wide range of experience, notably working as a Realtor and group sales for Champions On Ice.

When Kim is not at home, you can find her at the ice rink watching her boys play hockey. If she’s not at the rink, she is probably at a really good Mexican restaurant or making a quick stop to grab another favorite, a Greek salad.
