Medical & Emergency Services
Safety is the number one priority. Adequate ratios of first responders and medical equipment to participants, staff and attendees, will be on hand for the size and demands of your event.
Traffic
EnMotive will coordinate with vendors who will supply and drop-off traffic control equipment and engage with local jurisdictions on the proper equipment and personnel needed at each intersection or exit ramp.
Crowd Control
Whether it is needing assistance to line participants up at a start line or controlling entry into a festival or beer garden, we can coordinate and advise with the proper materials and vendors to work with, as well as book them for you.
Security
If security is required for VIP areas, alcohol distribution, ticket entry or front of stage for your speakers and performers, we’ll make sure the proper ratio and personnel are present.
Liquor Licensing
Planning on serving or selling alcohol? Our staff will work with the local jurisdictions to ensure your event can serve and/or sell the appropriate items legally and safely.
Packet Fulfillment
EnMotive provides end-to-end solutions from organizing to mailing items to your participants.
Fees for fulfillment vary.
Warehousing
Have your fulfillment items shipped directly to our warehouse for storage until fulfillment date. EnMotive can ship or deliver items to the final event location.
Packing
Choose any number of items you need to ship and pack to your recipient. Packing is included in the cost of fulfillment.
Tracking
Tracking numbers will be delivered directly to the recipient via email.
Postage Mailing
Daily pickups from our warehouse and preferred rates with couriers ensures that packages arrive on time and for the best price.
Shipping Material
Not sure what shipping material to use or best method to ship? Tell us what you are shipping and will will quote the most cost effective solution. Cost is included in the price of fulfillment.
Labels
We can place custom labels on items inside the package as well as generate the label to place on the outside of the package from the shipping courier. Cost of labeling is included in the price of fulfillment.

The EnMotive team is here to design and procure the items that will attract and wow your participants.
Bibs
Custom designed bibs that meet your brand expectations. We’ll provide the size options and tear-offs recommended for your event, you provide the direction of the design. We will ship your bibs to you or bring them to your event
Medals
Expert vendors await to work with you to get you the right design, size and material of your choosing to provide the capstone to your event. Materials may consist of wood, metal, rubber and more. Design ideas range from spinners, bottle openers, 3D, hinged or solid plating.
Giveaways
Thinking outside of the box or looking to add to the experience? Giveaways can include water bottles, hats, sunglasses, pint glasses or anything else you want to place your brand or sponsor’s logo on adding value to your event.
Merchandise
The garment of your choice can be created and provided from t-shirts to polos to full-zip jackets to sweatshirts and anything in between. Both unisex and gender specific sizes are available. Use them for the event shirt or the “goodie bag” or drive additional revenue with add-on items for sale.

From the full menu of options to cones, we can accommodate your request.
Barricades
French-style, white, 10 foot barricades. Services include drop off, pick up, or installation of barricades.
Cones
18″ Orange safety cones with a reflective ring, branded EnMotive.
Tents
10’x10’ sturdy aluminum pop-up tents with Navy or Black generic top. Weights included.
Truss
Any configuration of truss cubes and sticks that will build the truss setup you need for your event. Safety outriggers included.
Inflatables
Black or turquoise trapezoid inflatable arches with D-rings that can be used to place custom banners on. Electric fan blower included.
Signage
Various signage types for directional, traffic, corrals, medical, aid station, mile markers, safety, restrooms. Inquire for complete signage list.
