EnMotive understands the importance of fundraising. We have created a fundraising platform that makes it easy for participants to donate and seamless for you and your team to manage. Our goal is to empower you to make the most of your event’s fundraising efforts provide the best fundraising platform without having to integrate with third-party software.
Vertical Integration
The Fundraising platform is integrated with Registration, Ticketing, Membership, and Volunteer, allowing participants to opt-in. It can also function as a stand alone option.
Fundraising Page Levels
Fundraising pages are supported at four levels: Event, Fundraising Organization, Team and Individual. This promotes exposure and connects the fundraiser to the cause they are supporting.
Automatic Donations
Allow automatic donations to occur on-site. On-site automatic donations has led to over one-third of the participants to make additional donations at the event without having to make a transaction with cash.
Leaderboards
Fundraisers and donors can get excited about our fundraising leaderboard. By providing a ranked view of fundraising activity, a little fun and friendly competition can be had by all participants.
Fundraising Analytics
Analytics will provide efficiency and insight on which day of the week has the highest rate of donations, the average donation amount, where donations are coming from, who are the top fundraisers and much more.
Minimum Donations & Fundraising Totals
Does your event require a minimum donation for entry or a required minimum fundraising amount? The EnMotive fundraising platform can support both, including automatically charging the minimums if they have not been met by the date of the event.
Fundraiser Personal Thanks to Donor
Built-in email function allows fundraisers to thank their donors and customize their response. Fundraisers are also able to view and download their donor list.
Emails
The administrator for the event can modify default email templates to include: Donation Thank You, Donation Notification to Fundraiser, Fundraising Page Ready, Fundraising Progress Notification, Donation Solicitation from Fundraiser.
Tools For The Team Captain
Fundraiser Team Captains can lead the way by keeping track of individual and team progress on the team dashboard. The Team Captain can communicate with their team with the easy email tool.
