Release Notes – 4.3.2024

Following are the release notes for additions, changes and fixes made to our software application releasing between March 20th, 2024 and April 3rd, 2024. FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES

Registration Confirmation email now includes button to Referral Center

When a referral program is enabled, we will now include a button to “Share & Track Redemptions”, within the referral section on the registration confirmation email. This button links to the newly created referral center for a registration.

ChronoTrack Race ID will now be cleared on event or category duplication

We will now automatically remove the ChronoTrack Race ID from a category, when an event or category is duplicated. This race ID is used for events where participants use the same bib number in more than one timed category in an event.

Optimizations made to viewing and using the Media Library feature

• Optimized the view of the dashboard to now include core elements of the file to include:
  • File Type
  • File Size
  • File Preview (MP4, PDF, TXT)
  • File Description
• Added a filter to the dashboard to filter by file type
• Allow importing of multiple files at the same time (all files will get applied the same tags and description set)

Personal Information collection may now be configured for membership event

We have extended the personal information configuration to the Membership events to allow admins to determine which information to include or collect on the member. This allows configuration of gender/sex options, age, phone, emergency contact, address.

Metrics & Analytics widget for “Source/Referral” optimizations

We have updated the Device Information widget for “Source / Referral” of Registration an Event Marketing Sites to now display % of Registrations, Conversions, Conversion Rate and Users. Previously was just % of conversion (conversion rate) and users. We also added tooltips to explain this further. This should help clarify any confusion for where this was used. Finally, we will now coalesce the links by domain, but allow users to click into viewing stats by page within that domain.

Metrics & Analytics tabs can now be switched while loading

We have optimized the loading of Metrics & Analytics within an event to allow switching of tabs within the metrics page, without requiring all metrics to load. Previously users could not interact with another tab until all widgets on that tab had loaded.

Check In with Button is available as selection when creating scan station within an event

Creating a Scan Station within an event, now presents the option to “Check In with Button” as a role type

Statement dashboards can now search by statement ID

Added the option to search by Statement ID on the statement dashboard for a tenant.

As previously communicated, and in-line with other platform providers, processing fees that are chosen to be refunded by a client to the registrant, will now be withheld on statements.

BUG FIXES

Category changes away from a category requiring membership

Resolved an issue that would not allow Category changes away from a category that required membership

Metrics on Tenant Event Manager Dashboard restored

Resolved the issue of two fields listed on the Tenant Event Manager Dashboard that were exposed when “Show Stats” was selected. The fields of “Last Year (as of today)” and “Total Revenue” will now populate as expected.

Confirmation Email Header Image Preview Bug

Resolved an issue that was causing the default Email Header in “Email Images” to not match header used in emails. There were slight variances within the two. This was only seen if the user did not load in their own header image and relied on the default build of the header.

Membership Renewal Report – Latest Renewal Date

Resolved Membership Renewal Report not displaying the latest Renewal Order Date. It previously would just list the first renewal date.

Transactional Emails – Donation Personal Thanks from Fundraiser

Resolved email displaying HTML at the bottom of the template on send.

Volunteer Job sort not persisting for Event Admin or Series Admin

Resolve Issue where a Volunteer Job “sort” performed by Event Admin or Series Admin is not persisting.

Volunteer Confirmation Email Calendar Invite

Resolve issue with .iCS calendar file in Volunteer Confirmation Emails for the dates used. Previously the start date was listing “now” in some situations. This has been optimized to always use the Check-in/Check- Out Dates/Times and if those are not present, then will fall back to the event start and end dates/times.
