Release Notes – 1.24.2024
Following are the release notes for additions, changes and fixes made to our software application releasing between January 10th, 2024 and January 24th, 2024. FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES
Donation configuration is now available during Membership Event setup
Admins will now be promoted to configure donation payee during event creation of a Membership event, as opposed to having to configure after the event was created.
Time Zone designation was added to the Push to ChronoTrack configuration for clarity
We have added the ability to see the timezone designation of the Push to ChronoTrack feature to avoid confusion with users. The timezone will always display and be configured based on the Event Timezone, where previously it was using and always implied Central Time Zone
Updated Admin Registration View history transactions for relevance
The following changes were made in the history section of the admin registration view:
– “Selected Goodie Bag” will now display as “Answered Product Selections”
– When viewing the “Answered Product Selections” transaction, if there are no Products to answer, the transaction values will now display as “No Products Selected” as opposed to displaying empty
– When viewing the “Answered Registration Questions” transaction, if there are no questions to answer, the transaction values will now display as “No Questions Answered” as opposed to displaying empty.
Race Type and Distance Type are now required fields for USAT membership Integration
As part of the USAT membership integration change requirements as they convert to dynamic membership pricing, we have added and now require a Race Type and a Distance Type to be configured. These will only displayed if the event type is Multisport & Triathlon and if the event is USAT sanctioned. We have also added to our event alerts if these fields are not configured. USAT membership pricing changes went into effect on January 16th, 2024.
BUG FIXES
Bundle discounts were not reflected at checkout.
Resolved an issue where bundle discounts were not reflected at checkout, even though they were reflected on the bundle category selection. This was occurring for a period of about 12 hours. All impacted bundles have been refunded the difference.
Category change with shipping results in error 500
Resolve issue where users changing category into one with required shipping product received a 500 error after adding shipping address.
Early membership renewals being set with improper membership expiration date
Resolved an issue where a 365 Day Membership, when renewed early, before the expiration, where auto-renewal was not enabled, is setting expiration date incorrectly. This was being set to 365 days from the renewal date, not from the original term expiration date.
Referral widget not displaying correctly for some events in Metrics & Analytics
Resolved an issue where referral metrics were not displaying for some events.
Users became unintentionally deactivated during password reset activity
Resolved an issue with some users accidentally becoming de-activated and not being able to reactivate during password reset activity
Coupon report for an event not completing
Resolved the classic Coupon Report not completing due to a memory limit
Team Admin questions unable to be saved during team creation when corral selection required
Resolve issue where team admin only questions are not able to be saved. This was only seen when the event also required a corral selection for that same category
