NEW FEATURES

Confirmation Page Promo is now available for bundles

There is now the ability to set confirmation page promo for a bundle. This can be added within Global Features –> Bundles –> Edit –> Configure Bundle (Step 2) –> Confirmation Page Promo. This will display the message on the confirmation page after payment has succeeded, if a bundle is in the order and all registrations are in the bundle. If not, and there is another category from the event, it will display the event promo. If there are multiple events, then both promos of the events will be displayed.

Coupons are now able to be used on membership renewals

On coupon configuration, when a membership tier is selected there will be a new select menu with the options of membership type to apply the coupon for which cab be set to “new, renewal or both”. All existing coupons for membership tiers were set with “new”.

FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES

Optimized user experience for configuring Double the Donation

Improved the user experience of adding credentials for Double the Donation from within the event. Now it will be clearer if credentials have been added or not and direct the user where to go if credentials are needed.

Organization Admin permissions are now able to refresh metrics

Added the ability for an organization admin to be able to refresh metrics & analytics when viewing the metrics for their fundraising organization within an event.

Warning message will now appear if trying to disable products for a category and registrations in that category have already selected that product

We have changed the behavior of products to warn a user that they should not disable a product for a category IF registrations in that category have already selected the product. The warning instructs them to instead make the product options as unavailable / sold out. In addition, Auto-Disable will now automatically change the product option statuses to unavailable / sold out as opposed to disabling the category for the product. This was implemented to prevent issues where products were no longer eligible for purchase but since the category was disabled, that product was not retained on actions such as category changes, since the product was not enabled for the new category.

BUG FIXES

Financial Summary Dasboard missing allocation groupings

Resolved an issue where some allocation groups were not displaying in the summary for some tenants.

Email Campaign Recipients not persisting when revisiting recipients selection

Resolved an issue where already selected recipients (and status) throws error when continuing for email campaigns. The situation arose after recipients had been selected and you re-visited the recipients step of the campaign wizard. It displayed the selected recipients, but upon submitting, would clear them and required re-selection.

Merge field of “register_url” not appending event slug for custom lists

Resolved an issue where the merge field for “register_url” was not adding the event slug when a custom email list was the recipient. This also resolves the issue for “source_tracking_link” merge fields being used in custom lists in the email campaigns not fully generating the base url.

Organization Admins were made visible to other organizations in the event in Metrics & Analytics

Resolved an issue where Organization Admins were able to see other fundraising organizations in the event on their fundraising metrics tab.

Registration % From Referrals was not calculating correctly for some situations

Resolved an issue where the  ‘Registration % From Referrals’ was not calculating correctly as expected in certain situation

Interactive Volunteer List report was displaying Participants, even when not selected

Resolve the issue where the category type filter was not being respected and we displayed participant and ticket registrations in the ‘Volunteer List’ interactive report

Pages and content sections were being overwritten with event theme colors

Resolved an issue where the theme styles being applied in the WYSIWYG editor would not be respected in certain uses. It was being overwritten by the event or tenant theme. Now the WYSIWYG editor style will be enforced
