NEW FEATURES

User & Registrant Insights are now available

We have released a new feature that will now allow an admin to view a set of data insights for a user or a specific registrant of a user. The user data is the sum of all registrants of the user an the registrant data is for all registrations and activity of the registrant. This is currently on for display on the user or registrant page, however future planned development is to allow this to be exported and filtered based on parameters set in bulk. We display the following insights:

  • Count of Events
  • Count of Registrations
  • Count of Tickets
  • Count of Volunteer Registrations
  • Count of Memberships
  • Count of Donations Made
  • Total Net Revenue
    • The total amount of revenue purchased by this registrant, or the net payable to client. This includes custom fees, tenant fees, category fees, discounts, products, transfer fees, donations, deferral fees, team creation fees and carryover.
  • Total Net Non-Donation Revenue
    • The total amount of revenue generated by this registrant, excluding donations. This includes custom fees, tenant fees, category fees, discounts, products, transfer fees, deferral fees, team creation fees and carryover.
  • Total Net Donation Revenue
    • The total amount of revenue generated by this registrant for donations. This is the net amount of donations, or the amount paid to the fundraising organizations. This includes donations made during registration and automatic donations. This will not include external donations and does not include fundraising by the registrant where other users donated to the registrant. Standalone donations are not tracked at the registrant level, only the user level.
  • Referral Revenue Generated
    • The net revenue that was generated by this registrant from referrals and the registrants was a direct result of other registrants registering.
  • Fundraising Revenue Generated
    • The net revenue that was generated by this registrant from donations (fundraising) made to the registrant’s registrations that were not made by the owning user, such as peer-to-peer and external donations.
  • Total Value
    • The total value of this registrant. This includes the total net revenue in purchases made by the registrant, in addition to the total generated net revenue by the registrant.

FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES

Disabled products are now able to be used on bib label

We will now Allow “Disabled” Products within an event to be chosen in bib label. A disabled product is one that is currently not selected for any categories within that event

Bundles will now respect the personal information restrictions for an event

The bundle registration flow was updated to respect the most personal information needed for all registrations in the bundle. Previously the event requirements for whether not to collect certain information was not applied to bundles, so the standard information was being asked or collected. Now if a certain field is suppressed for all events in the bundle, it will be suppressed for the entire bundle. If one event in the bundle requires that information, it will be collected.

Transfers & Deferrals will now be easier to configure with updated UX

Update UX of Category Selection for Transfers & Deferrals to match what we do for Coupon Category Selection which starts with years and events collapsed, until expanded by the user. This will make it easier for an admin to find the events and categories they want to enable for transfers. If an event/category is already selected, that year, and event will start as expanded when viewed.

Membership Renewals no lnger rely on the “Rebilling” function of a membership event

We have updated our membership renewal to not rely on the “rebilling” status. The feature for whether a not a user can renew will now be bound to maximum intervals OR if the tier or event is in closed status. “Rebilling” is intended only for the option for a user to opt-into automatic rebilling during membership purchase.

Organization Logos can now be added in all location an organziation can be created

We have updated the ability for an organization logo to be added during organization creation in the locations of: event creation, event duplication and fundraising organization selection.

Interactive Donor Report can now be filtered

Added filters to be used for this report including: Donated To, Fundraiser Type, Organization, Create Date (Donated Date), Statement ID, Donor Name, Donor Email, Donation Type (Peer to Peer, Import Automatic, During Registration), Order Number. These filters can be used and saved as a custom report as well as taking advantage of all other features of our interactive reports.

Statements have been updated to display using the new financial groupings

Statement views have been updated to match the financial groupings now used. This provides consistency and clarity across the application. This did NOT change any amounts of statements, just the display of the items on the statement and how they are displayed and grouped.

BUG FIXES

Statement Transaction Report now shows Event Name for all orders

Report was updated to display event name(s) for orders that did not contain them

Custom Email Lists now require column header on import

Resolved Empty column header issues on custom email list import. Previously imported columns that did not have a header, will now function as expected on email campaigns where the merge field was used. Moving forward users will be required to add a column header to the import file.

Interactive Fundraising List Report not displaying Organization Name

Resolved an issue where the “fundraising organization” was displaying as empty on the report view and export. The filter by organization was unimpacted.

Volunteer Registration Links not functioning as expected

Resolve users being able to select a parent category to register when there are 2 layers of nested. If any category is a parent, they will not be able to be registered for by default. In addition we resolved an issue where a private category link resulted in no categories being shown.
