Release Notes – 5.15.2024
Following are the release notes for additions, changes and fixes made to our software application releasing between May 1st, 2024 and May 15th, 2024. Release notes are delivered every other Friday. FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES
Update Email Layout to the Team Captain and Job Admin Contact Members
Converted emails to match our default transactional email layout, which includes event header and footers.
Admin users will now be able to select events with an end date in the future on kiosk configuration at the tenant level
Expanded the Event Selection on the kiosk user permission level to include all events with an end date in the future. Previously this list only looked at Event Start Date.
Orders with bundles will now link to the registration for an admin
We have optimized viewing of orders with bundles to link to the registration within the order for easy navigation by an admin.
$0 statements will now be displayed in all locations a statement is searchable
The statement display around $0 statements has been updated to show them. Now all $0 statements will be listed in all locations where we show statements and are able to be viewed. A $0 statement would occur when there is online activity for a period but say the entry fee was offset with a discount that resulted in no payment by the registration.
The association of Job Admins and Organizations associated with Volunteer Jobs will now be removed when a Volunteer Job is removed
We will remove any Job Admin and Organization when a volunteer category is “removed” from an event. Additionally we have run a migration to clean up already removed volunteer categories from these associations. This was causing removed categories to appear for Admins that wasn’t needed.

User unable to deselect donation once selected during registration
Resolve issue where registrant cannot remove donation once selected in registration flow
Resolved Admin being able to set bundle minimum categories greater than maximum categories

Resolved Admin being able to duplicate an event with an event date after the close registration on date s
Resolve the issue where admin is able to click ‘Save’ button during event creation even if date is already passed in the ‘close registration on’ date field
Resolve Issue with Payment Terminals Button Being displayed on Kiosk Order
Resolved an issue where an associated payment terminal to a kiosk would not display the button to use the terminal on the kiosk order
Resolved user able to create more than one registration change in the cart
Prevent users from creating more than one registration change at a time
Organization Admin lost ability to access fundraising reports
Resolve Organization Admin losing access to Fundraising Reports Actions
Statement may not be displaying most recently added registration
Resolved an issue the most recent saved address for an organization may not be displaying on the statement
Users unable to transfer to a category requiring an access code
Resolve issue where Access Code is not being prompted when user attempts to select a category during a transfer that requires one.
