Release Notes – 11.15.2023

Following are the release notes for additions, changes and fixes made to our software application releasing between November 1st, 2023 and November 15th, 2023. NEW FEATURES

Email Templates can now be duplicated

Added an option to Duplicate an existing Email Template. This is represented by a green Duplicate icon next to the campaign options on Content –> Email Templates. All content in the template will be carried over and a user will be asked to change the name on the template. We will also warn if there are any event specific merge tags included in the template, that may not be able to carry over.

FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES

Updated Admin UI to be optimzied for use on mobile

Updated the views for admin portal dashboards and search results to perform better on mobile. In most views, we will now display the table, freeze the first column, and add a horizontal scroll for the rest of the elements. Example locations updated include:

• Tenant Dashboards: Financial Summary, Events Home, Registrant Summary, Volunteer Summary
• Event Manager: Income Summary by Week, Income Summary by Category, Categories, Tickets, Corrals, Products Questions, Registrant Lookup, Volunteer Lookup, Donor Lookup

Optimized distribution of protection plan fee on bundles to be more event

When a protection plan is purchased on a bundle containing more than one registration, the fee is disbursed between the registrations. This previously was not as equal as it can be. They will now be distributed more even to where it will be as close as we can, regarding rounding and weight, to the same amount per registration.

Custom scripts can now be saved in content blocks

We have optimized to now allow the saving of scripts in the event marketing site page editor, and tenant site page editor, when a text content block is used.

Volunteer waiver status can now be set on import

We have added the option to Set or Unset Volunteer Waiver Status upon import. This previously existed for participant and ticket registrations and has been extended to volunteers. If the waiver is unset, needing to be signed, the normal unsigned waiver flow will occurs, which triggers an email to participants and standard transactional emails will follow up as it gets closer to the event date.

Media “shares” are now displayed as a metric within our photography feature

The photo metrics of “Image Shares” and “Video Shares” has now been added to the photo metrics table. This was previously tracked so all prior events will have this metric available. This metric has seen an increase in adoption since the update to use the NativeShare of the user’s device and browser.

Interactive Registration List Report now displays all coupons for a registration

Have updated the coupon field to display all associated discount codes to a registration in the interactive registration list report. Previously only the first code redeemed would display. A registration can have two codes if the user redeemed one and an admin assigned a code additionally.

Updated sort order for statement views and PDF to sort by Event Name

We will now sort Events within a statement PDF and Statement View by Event Name. This will enhance the ability to find events on a statement as well as increase consistency throughout the application. The sort will be alphanumeric, 0-9, then A-Z.

Admins can now update the ticket holder, per ticket.

We will now allow an administrator to change the ticket registrant per ticket. Previously the registrant could change, but it updated for all tickets in the order.

BUG FIXES

Financial Summary Dashboard “Last Year Now” Comparison

Resolved an issue where the dashboard was not including the date offset for “Last Year Now” when current year event is not on the same day as the previous year event. This was only noticeable if an event had migrated greater than 3 days from the linked event date.

Transfer Configuration

Resolved an issue where the admin unable to Select Transfer Categories for setup if the Current Event Status was Private, Disabled or Closed

Admin was unable to vioew own mebership through admin portal

Resolve Admin receiving error 500 when trying to view memberships tab for their own user as an admin

Registrant Fundraising totals was not rolling up to User fundraising totals in our insights project

Resolved an issue where fundraising revenue generated for registrant was not rolling up to the user insights
