Following are the release notes for additions, changes and fixes made to our software application releasing between October 18th, 2023 and November 1st, 2023. FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES
Updated Auto Corralling user experience
The user experience has been updated to resolve the modal window still appearing when auto corral generation has begun, display a progress bar when corrals are being auto assigned in bulk, update count of corrals on dashboard at conclusion of import.
Reduced font size of Last 7 Days on Smaller Resolution Screens
We have reduced the font size of last 7 days trailing on the Summary Page for optimizations on smaller device screens, particularly when there are 3 and 4 digit registration days.
Updated breadcrumbs on orders to use user email address
Updated the breadcrumbs listed at the top of the page to display the user email address as opposed to a name. This matches the format used for other pages and interactions.
Enhancements for admin order search
Enhanced the ability for an admin to search for orders by adding pagination for quicker returns of searches, sorting by the newest completed order first, adding an option to filer by date range, adding an option to search by an amount. It is to be noted date range search is limited to a 5-day window and to search by amount, you must include a date range to search with.
Tenant Site Page Editor becomes more user friendly
Update the Tenant Site Page Editor to be more user friendly like the Event Marketing Sites Editor. Note this update only improved creating and managing pages. Further optimizations will be made around menu structure at a later date
BUG FIXES
Resolved amount due display on transfer and deferral category selection
Resolved an issue where the amount on the category selection was not displaying the price difference to upgrade plus the deferral or transfer fee of the original registration to the new one. The price difference was being excluded.
Average Registrant Amount Metric Widget now excludes volunteer counts
Updated the calculation for the amount to exclude volunteer registration counts. The formula is Client Total, minus donations, divided by the number of complete participants and tickets.
Resolve Time of Day display on Results Report
Fix display of results value for finish_time_of_day. Previously these displayed in UTC and will now properly display in the events time zone.
Coupon registration list report was not returning financial values
Resolve Registration List with Coupon Parameter not returning financial values. The report was appearing empty in those columns.
Admin Ticket registrations displayed source of “online” instead of “manual”
Resolved an issue where admin ticket registrations did not display ‘Manual’ in the ‘/admin/registration/view/id’ page ‘origin’ section and instead was listed as ‘Online’
