Meet The Team: Suzanne
We’re thrilled to kick off the August newsletter with a special feature that shines a spotlight on the dedicated individuals who make our customer experiences extraordinary.
In a world where outstanding service can make all the difference, Suzanne is the driving force behind the seamless experiences our clients enjoy. With a passion for problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to your needs, Suzanne is an integral part of our team, and we’re excited share a little bit about her.
Determination has helped her run (and finish) several marathons while being a mom to three (wonderful and talented) teenagers. We can’t forget Cali, the rescue mutt of about 40 lbs. She is 4 years old and a very sweet people person. It’s possible that Cali thinks she is a hooman. They have also added two kittens to the family! While running and spending time with her family are at the top of her list, Suzanne also enjoys reading for book club, cooking (when it’s not just for family dinner), playing the piano and singing.
If you are heading out to dinner with Suzanne, pick a Mexican restaurant since that’s her favorite cuisine, especially chips, guacamole, and a good Margarita.
Suzanne has done it all. Her first post college jog was a research scientist at Karmanos Cancer Institute & Wayne State University. Her post stay-at-home mama job was an executive admin and event coordinator for PEP, a non-profit that supports families of children with bleeding disorders.
Like a lot of us, Suzanne has a love/hate relationship with working remote (from home). She loves the convenience, but misses the office dynamic and the face-to-face with co-workers.
Suzanne applies her Christian faith to all areas of her life, her family, friendships and work. She is a problem-solver extraordinaire, a compassionate communicator, and a true team player.
