FEATURE CHANGES & UPDATES

Event Alert Bar Notifications Optimizations

From client feedback, we have optimized additionally the event alert bar notifications. Now, the alert bar will appear in a more minimal format, and include a count of the number of unread alerts. Administrators will then be able to acknowledge the alerts which will remove the count. Event Alerts Bar will still appear as a button for an admin to review their acknowledged event alerts. In addition, we changed when certain alerts will appear so the auto registration close alert will not appear unless the current date is within 7 days of the close date and the registration is not open alerts for participant, ticket and volunteer will no longer display when the event end date is greater than 7 days in the past.

Admins Submitting a Corporate/Group Request

Administrators who had a permission role of Client Admin or Event Admin whom submitted a corporate/group request form were being automatically assigned with the permission role of Organization Admin as the nature of the request form. Now users with these higher permissions roles, will not get re-assigned, if the submit a request form in the same tenant.

Tenant Events Home Dashboard Filter Optimization

The tenant home dashboard was optimized behind the scenes to support the behavior as if a user were to click the individual fields for selections within the filter group, as if the user clicked “select all” within the filter group.

Onsite Kiosk Registration Flow Optimizations

Kiosk registration flow was optimized to restore cart functionality and to remove the site header from display. The site header removal was to gain screen real estate back, which provided a smoother and faster registration experience requiring less or no scrolling. The Cart functionality was restored that allowed if a user had a previous registration incomplete before coming to event site or had started a kiosk registration, added another registrant, then wanted to remove that registrant, without having to restart the entire order.

Membership Admins can now manage Family Memberships within Membership Event

We have now exposed the ability for administrators to manage family membership within the membership event. Administrators will now see a tab for “Family” within the event which will allow available settings as well as family membership lookup.

Registrations View (Admin) Optimizations

Two changes were made to this page for an administrator,. The first was to no longer display the action for “Send Waiver Reminder Email” when the waiver status is “Not Required”, which is most commonly seen with imports. The second was to remove the bib validation modal window.

API – GET /organizations

Added the fields of “legal_name”, “statement_delivery_email”, “events.id”, and “events.name”. This resolved a related issue where an API user received a 500 error when access this endpoint.

API – GET /organizations/id

Updated the endpoint to remove the fields of “lawson_id” and “netsuite_id” as well as added the fields of “legal_name”, “statement_delivery_email”, and “is_payee”.

Bundles will now use “Age Reference Date” for category age validation

Changed the behavior for bundles’ category age validation which determines if a registrant is eligible to register for that category. We will now use the “Age Reference Date” set for the category as opposed to the “Category Start Date”. The “Age Reference Date” automatically sets to the “Category Start Date” and will remain, unless manually updated by an administrator.

BUG FIXES

Export of Bounced and Unsubscribed emails were not complete

Administrators who had attempted to export bounded and unsubscribed emails from their campaigns would have seen only 20 records on the export, even though there were more records available. This has now been resolved and full records will be exported.

Required, optional, free products were not dropping off of registration on a category change

Resolved an issue where a registration that changed categories from Category A to Category B and they had Product 1, which was a free, required product in Category A, but was not available in Category B, where Product 1 was not being removed. This led to the registration being in Category B with Product 1 and now Product 2 (which was the free, required product in Category B).

Fulfillment Report provided mismatched batch IDs to registration

For some registrations the batch ID that was listed, was not the proper batch ID for the associated registration within this report. There was no issue with fulfillment or fulfillment invoice PDF generation.

Transfers able to complete with no attached registrant to the registration

Resolved an issue where in some cases a transfer was able to complete without attaching the associated registrant to the registration. The registrant was being created, just not associated. All corresponding transfers have been backfilled.

Users unable to checkout with multiple options for the same product that required shipping verification

Resolved an issue where a user was unable to checkout if the user had a registration that selected multiple options (Men’s Small and Women’s Small) for the same product (Add-On T-Shirt) and both options, or the product, required shipping validation.
