Registration Protection Plan

The EnMotive Protection Plan is designed to provide you peace of mind knowing that you can recoup your entry fee if you are unable to participate in the event due to unforeseen qualified reasons. We understand that things come up. Our service is a featured amenity to protect participants. You will qualify for protection if, for example, you are involved in a type of accident, your car breaks down or any other qualifying reason listed in our terms and conditions.

HOW IT WORKS:

When applying for your race, simply select the ‘EnMotive Protection Plan’ as an add on. After completing the transaction, your converge begins, it’s that simple! You may sign up individually, or entire members of a relay team, but those using the group registration process are unfortunately not eligible for the protection plan.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

Please notify us within 30 days at protectionplan@enmotive.com after the planned event, and you’ll be reimbursed for the registration cost of the event. EnMotive will review, process and reimburse your claim based on the terms and conditions of the protection plan. EnMotive will manage yoru claim from start to finish.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

The plan must be purchased at the same time as the event-sign up, and cannot be added after your registration is completed. The protection plan covers the cost of the event only, not the service or transactional fees of the event.
